Pulled the RV out @9am CT and headed west towards Dallas.
Stopped at a fabulous BBQ place on I20 W $4.95 for a the best BBQ beef sandwich in Texas! (so far)
4pm Ct Safely arrived at Lake Tawakoni Thousand Trails RV Resort – Point TX in anticipation of a visit with Suzanne, Beau, Fynn and Wyatt this week.
Spaghetti for dinner: - this turned out better than I thought!
I had a little leftover hot sausage and mushrooms from the night before, I combined that with a tablespoon of basil pesto, one small chopped sautéed onion, garlic salt, a sprinkling of Barbara and Jim’s red chili peppers and a packet of Splenda then added 1 jar of Ragu.
We always use wheat spaghetti -we think it tastes sweeter than white!
