After a long day of trolling for salmon we stopped to check the crab pots on the way back to the marina.
The first trap had 4 nice keeper crabs.
The 2nd trap had 8 keepers. We had enough for a crab feast for the four of us! yippee :) so home we go to fire up the propane crab pot!
Crab Melt Recipe
Clean and pick all your crabs
Heat:
1/4 C butter
1/2 C mushrooms
1/4 C onions (green)
package Hollandaise sauce (2)
can of cond'sd milk
@1 cup of regular milk
Stir til smooth
Add 1 cup of any kind of cheese (we used colby)
Toast English Muffins for # of people eating dinner
We added a salad, family potatoes and fruit ...what a meal!!!!!!!!!!
